"After after breaking my hip in a riding accident, I have had ten years of chronic back pain, I was becoming increasingly stiff, groaning every time I stood up and had to use a heel lift (I was told to by a previous PT). I was feeling far older 70 and felt I had to accept it as "part of aging." A friend suggested Align PT and in just over a month, they have corrected the twist in my pelvis that was causing what felt like one leg being shorter than the other (no more heel lift!!), my back pain is nearly 100% gone, I no longer groan or feel stiff, and the change in my mental health is huge (remember chronic pain can cause depression). I came in hoping for even a small reduction in my back pain but I got so very much more. Getting rid of that dang heel lift is huge. Not being crooked anymore when I walk is huge.
